Our dust collectors are made to any size and to any specification. We can build from 5000 cfm to 100,000 cfm (or even higher, on special order). Our units can be equipped with the following equipment:1) anti-explosion doors; 2) detector connected for emergency stop, in case of fire & resonant horn incorporated: Thermal detector; spark detector; high-level detector; 3) system connected to the fire department 24/7; 4) water spray within the unit; 5) high-level detector located in the tub interlocked to a control light. We can handle the following industrial processings: Asphalt plants, aluminum plants, ceramic manufacturers, chemical products, ciment plants, food processing plants, foundries, glass manufacturers, gypse plants, machine shops, mines, plastic plants, pulp and paper plants, quarries, sawmills, steel plants, stockage silos, textile plants, waste & recyling centre, wood manufacturers. All components used in the fabrication of our dust collectors are CSA, UL, CE, FM, all approved to security standards. We can also provide you with a certificate for your insurance company. Our guarantee is for 2 years on all parts and labour. We also manufacture bin vents, stockage silos, conveyors, etc. Our plant is equipped with a machine shop.
